How Clovis Works
1. Fill out the Sell Now form
Press Sell now and begin the process
● Select your drop-off store from the list.
● Enter the total number of clothing items you’re bringing.
● When you press Submit, our system will instantly generate a PDF that includes your name, the store you selected, and the total quantity you entered. This sheet will be used to match your items to your account.
2. Pack your items
● Fold the items neatly and place them in a sturdy bag that won’t tear.
● Place the printed PDF sheet on top of your clothing inside the bag.
3. Drop off at the store
● Take your bag to the store you selected on the form.
● Hand it directly to a staff member so they can set it aside for Clovis collection.
4. We collect and ship
● The store will gather all customer bags into a larger shipping box.
● We provide the store with a prepaid shipping label, and the box is sent directly to our Clovis processing center.
5. We sort, price, and photograph
● At our processing center, our team inspects each item for quality, sets competitive prices, and photographs them for online sale.
● Once approved, your items are listed on our partnered marketplaces.
6. Earn store credit
● When an item sells, you receive 50% of the profit as store credit for the store you chose.
● You can redeem your store credit at checkout by providing your name or your Clovis ID number, which is visible in your Clovis account.
7. Unsold items
Any items that do not sell within 60 days will be donated to one of our partner charities, ensuring they are given a second life and benefit those in need.
